Shipping Destination

We currently ship to customers located in Canada only.

We do not currently offer international shipping outside Canada.

Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping within Canada.

No additional shipping charge is applied at checkout for eligible Canadian orders.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 1 to 2 business days after the order has been processed and dispatched.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian public holidays.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment is successfully completed. Processing times may vary during holidays, peak periods, or due to circumstances outside our control.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Wanas Play is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delivery delays may occur due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, operational issues, or other events beyond our control.

Lost or Undelivered Orders
