Refund policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Wanas Play, operated by WANAS PLAY LTD.

Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging where reasonably possible.

Non-Returnable Items

We may refuse returns for items that are:

  • Used, damaged, altered, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Returned after the 30-day return window
  • Not purchased directly from Wanas Play
  • Final sale items, if clearly marked as final sale at the time of purchase

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will review the matter and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide instructions for return shipping or another appropriate resolution.

For returns due to customer preference, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated by us in writing.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Exchanges may be available depending on product availability. If you want an exchange, please contact us with your order number and the item requested.
